At KIVA Pilates, we offer both group classes and private sessions to cater to our clients' diverse needs and preferences. Whether you prefer the energy and camaraderie of a group setting or the personalized attention of a private session, we have the perfect option for you to achieve your fitness goals.

1. Individualized Attention: In a private session, your instructor's undivided attention is solely on you. This enables them to accurately assess your strengths, weaknesses, and limitations, and design a workout specifically suited to your needs. Your instructor can focus on your unique goals and make adjustments in real-time, ensuring optimal progress.


2. Accelerated Progress: With private sessions, you have the opportunity to progress at your own pace. Your instructor can constantly challenge you, introducing new exercises or modifications as you improve. The one-on-one guidance allows for faster progress and a deeper understanding of the Pilates method.


3. Injury Rehabilitation: If you're recovering from an injury or managing a specific condition, private sessions provide a safe and controlled environment. Your instructor can work closely with you to tailor exercises that promote healing, improve mobility, and strengthen the affected areas, facilitating a speedy recovery.

2 Week Membership

4 Equipment Classes and 2 Mat Classes

At KIVA Pilates, our approach to movement sets us apart from the traditional mindset of "work harder, no pain no gain, burn calories." If that approach truly worked, you would still be using it, right?

Instead, we aim to explore the connection between your mind and body.

Let's concentrate on the speed of your movement, aligning how you move (not just repetitive moves set to music), and cultivating awareness regarding strength training. This approach will help you feel taller, stronger, and more confident in your everyday life.

4 GROUP EQUIPMENT CLASSES

These classes use spring loaded equipment to align, condition, and challenge.

Choose any Introductory Level or Open Level Class on the Reformer or the Tower on this Membership.

2 GROUP MAT CLASSES

These classes are anchored in the Classical Pilates System on the MAT. Weights, Magic Circles, Balls are used to create resistance, build strength, and enhance flexibility. Choose any OPEN LEVEL MAT based class on the schedule.

MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATES UPON FIRST BOOKING AND IS VALID FOR 14 DAYS.

The building doors lock at class time for building security. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.

This membership is not suitable for prenatal clients or those requiring modifications for injury. Please reach out to the studio to discuss other options.
